Generated registrations accumulate in "Pending" status.

You have a 5-day window to review and reconcile. Someone asked for a refund or cancelled? Reject that registration and don't pay for it.
Automatic settlement via Stripe
Once validated, a single consolidated invoice is generated. Stripe processes the payment to your card/SEPA and distributes the funds to each verified partner.

Frequently Asked Questions
During the review window (1st to 5th of the following month), you can reject any cancelled or fraudulent registration and won't pay for it. However, once the month is closed, payment issued, and transferred to the partner, the commission is non-refundable.
Complete event cancellation is a justified cause to void all pending unpaid registrations for that month (your Trust Score won't be affected). Commissions from previous months already settled cannot be recovered.
No. If you reject an abnormally high percentage of registrations that the system detected as valid, your Trust Score will plummet and your account will be suspended to protect partners. Fair play is fundamental.
Between 5 and 10 minutes if you use Google Tag Manager. You just need to import our template into your GTM container and activate the tag on your registration platform's purchase confirmation page. No coding required.
We accept credit/debit cards and SEPA (direct debit) through Stripe. Payment is processed automatically once you validate the month's registrations. You receive a single consolidated invoice.
